Bishop Mark C. Wills was born in Washington ,DC. and is the youngest of six children.  He is married to Carmen Wills  the Love of his Life. He is the Father of Four Children and Grandfather of Six Grandchildren.

Bishop Wills graduated  from Archbishop Carroll High School and attend Armstrong Adult Education Center received Barber Science Degree. He attended Word of Faith Christian College received his Associate Degree in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Care .

On January 23,2000 Bishop Wills preach his trial Sermon “ The Favor of God “ became licensed Minister. On July 4 ,2002 he was ordained Elder . 0n June 7,2003  install as Pastor and Founder of Change of Heart Outreach Ministries .

Faithfully serving  God and his people , Bishop Wills was Consecrated to the Office of The Bishop on January 25 ,2020 .   The hand of God is upon his life to continue to help build as well advance the Kingdom of God .
